Introducing our wholemeal sourdough loaf from Healthy Nasty Kitchen, made with only the finest grains sourced straight from the Flinders Ranges and milled in-house. This bread is delicious and packed with nutrients and whole grains.
This is a rustic handcrafted and stone-baked sourdough in the true artisan tradition.
Flavour Profile:
The crust has a great crunch and leads to a soft, chewy, and flavoured interior. Enjoyed fresh or toasted, a taste of sour notes is present with every bite. Best served with any meal throughout the day. It will leave bread connoisseurs wanting more.
