THE STORY OF HNK

We will tell you everything about our history and how we got started, but the story is still being written. We want you to be a part of it.

As of December 2016, we have launched our first blog, with the aim of providing entertaining and easily accessible resources to help you make delicious food at home, with a focus on sourdough baking.

Three years after our online launch, we started running baking classes in South Australia with chef Giuseppe Joe Nasti. Joe is a chef with more than two decades of experience in Europe and Australia.

Through his books and classes, he feels passionate about sharing the art of baking and wants to create a community of people who want to learn how to bake beautiful and fluffy breads and home.

Joe is an Italian native, so of course his teaching methods primarily focus on the cuisine of his country. His intense passion for food and his approach to teaching is enthusiastic and playful.
