200 gr hazelnut
30 gr shredded coconut
2 tbsp coconut oil
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and start blending it. Do not absolutely over blend it. You don’t want the mixture to start getting hot.
Press the mixture into a tart tray and chill in the fridge.
For the raw berry jam:
200 gr fresh berries
30 gr maple syrup
50 gr chia seeds
Put your berries into a bowl with chia seed, a pinch of salt and the maple syrup, squash the berries down until they are all liquid and broken, mix all very generously and pour into the hazelnut base. Keep chilling the tart
150 gr dark chocolate 70%
60 gr coconut oil
400 ml coconut cream.
Melt the chocolate with then coconut oil on a water bath and once everything is melted add the coconut cream at room temperature and 2 tbsp of maple syrup. Whisk all the ingredients until you have a smooth texture and a nice dark color. Chill over night, and eat it with your best friends ….
It’s a very lovely tasty chocolate tart, and it will take you max an hour to be prepared.
