Sourdough vegan flat bread


Simple as never before.

Ingredients:

  1. 150 sourdough starter

  2. 400 gr whole meal flour

  3. 20 gr mixed seeds

  4. 6 gr salt

  5. 50 gr olive oil or coconut oil

  1. If you want to prepare the dough in advance for the day after, after the 30 minutes of rest put it in the fridge covered with some film.

  2. Now it’s time to roll the balls for the flat bread.

  1. Rest them for 5-10 minutes. Or until that are easy to flattened down with your rolling pin or with your hands if you are a more professional chef.

  2. Roll them not thicker that 5 mm. Cook them in a hot pan, or into an hot oven. Make sure you leave them nice and soft.
