Which are the vegetables that could be eaten raw?

Let’s start by eating the raw vegetables that you already eat.
The most important thing is that they must be organic or you’ll be putting inside your body and blood more toxins. One of the reasons why we eat raw vegan is that this food is detoxifier. So once you have changed your supplier and found organic vegetables you will see that your shopping will be a bit more expensive but, don’t give up so early; you’ll be able to see and understand very soon that the more nutrients you feed your body with the less it will need to be fed.
