Activated nuts and seeds crackers


Perfect for a break, perfect for a snack, percfect for some munchies.

It is also very simple to make it will only take 10 minutes of your time, and a bit of resting and drying time.

So to start put in a mixing bowl:

  1. 3 tbsp chia seeds

  2. 3 tbsp flaxseeds or linseed

  3. 2 tbsp of sesame seeds

  4. 2 tbsp of chopped almond ( previously water soaked for 1 day )

  5. 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds

  6. 1 teaspoon of nigella seed

  7. 350 gr water

  8. 3 gr Himalayan pink salt.

So now mix all these ingredients together and let them rest for half an hour. You will notice that they will become gelatinous.
