Perfect for a break, perfect for a snack, percfect for some munchies.
It is also very simple to make it will only take 10 minutes of your time, and a bit of resting and drying time.
So to start put in a mixing bowl:
3 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp flaxseeds or linseed
2 tbsp of sesame seeds
2 tbsp of chopped almond ( previously water soaked for 1 day )
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon of nigella seed
350 gr water
3 gr Himalayan pink salt.
So now mix all these ingredients together and let them rest for half an hour. You will notice that they will become gelatinous.
