90 minutes bread rolls.

Here today I want to share the quickest way to make your own bread rolls.

We all face today, very hard times, trying to serve a very good meal and finding time to produce it.

But I think this recipe will change your baking life.

Ingredients:

1 kg white flour

650 g like warm water

7 gr dry yeast (if you like to use sourdough use this recipe)

10 gr sugar

25 gr salt

Preparation:

Use 50 gr of the warm water and mix it with 30 gr of flour, the sugar and the dry yeast.

Into a mixing bowl of an electric mixer put flour and water.

Start mixing slowly for 5 minutes or until well combined. Let the dough autolyse for 15 minutes while the yeast gets active.

Now add the yeast mixture into the bowl where the first dough was resting and start the machine again. Mix for 10-15 minutes or until the dough is smooth and well combined.

Add the salt and knead for another 5 minutes.

Now put the dough into a greased bowl and wrap it with some cling wrap and put it in a warm place. Like your warmed oven, not more than 40°C.

Prove for 15 minutes or until it doubles in size and start

Shaping your rolls into 80 gr balls. Roll them tight and put them on a tray lined with some baking paper.

Add some flour on top and shape or score the bread as you like.

Bake at 230°C for 15 minutes or until golden and crunchy.

Spray the bread with some water before you bake it and for the first 5 minutes if the baking period for few times.
