The Story of Healthy Nasti Kitchen
We can tell you everything about our beginning and how we started, but the story is still being written. We want you to be a part of our story and help us to write this amazing chapter of our history.
In December of 2016 we launched our first blog, HealthyNastiKitchen, in the hopes of providing easily accessible and entertaining resources to learn how to make delicious and nourishing home cooked food, with a focus on sourdough baking methods.
After three years since our online launch we started running baking classes in South Australia with chef Giuseppe Nasti. Giuseppe has acquired experience spanning over two decades of cheffing all over Europe and Australia. He feels passionately about sharing the art of baking through his books and baking classes and wants to build an online community of people that are eager to learn how to bake beautiful and fluffy breads in the comfort of their own home.
As an Italian native, Giuseppe’s teaching methods focus heavily on the cuisine of his motherland. His passion for food is palpable and his enthusiastic teaching approach is infectious and playful.
